Six Florida players become millionaires in Powerball Lottery drawing

Florida was also one of the three states nationally to have a winner share in the world record-setting $1.586 billion Powerball jackpot in January 2016, according to the Florida Lottery. The next Powerball drawing will be held Wednesday, January 27, at 10:59 p.m., with an estimated $20 million jackpot.
